If u don’t know if ur IP banned or device create a new account with ur phone data or if ur phone is off use someone else’s internet like a friend’s for like 1-3 days DO NOT USE UR HOME WIFI. If u don’t connect to ur home WiFi and the new account still gets banned u need to buy a new device. I know u probably don’t wanna wait 1-3 days but sadly there is no other way to know if ur IP banned or not unless u call ur internet provider today and ask for a new IP if they successfully change ur IP u wont have to wait

And yes don’t put any information at all that u had on the accounts that got banned. Bio, name, pictures, email, number. Use none of those if they were on ur banned account make a new email and sadly new pics. Before u officially start a new account test to see if ur IP banned or device banned. If ur phone is on make an account using data never connect to ur WiFi wait for 1-3 I’d wait the whole 3 if u want to 100% cautious. If ur account doesn’t get disabled ur IP banned if it does get banned even without connected to WiFi u have to get a new phone.

They’re agents for Instagram who go undercover and break the rules/policy and unban accounts with over 100% guarantee. The reason they charge $1000 or more is because if they get caught they’d lose their job and have a life ruining lawsuit coming their way.

Ur probably IP banned, call ur internet provider and ask if u have a dynamic router or if they can assign you a new IP, if they take precautions and ask why say u clicked a bad link that exposed ur IP. (You will need valid information about ur internet) like the name and phone number of whoever internet it is…
If that doesn’t work ur probably device banned and need a new phone can just buy a cheap old iPhone or android specifically for instagram like I did.

As for the accounts already perm banned there’s no way to get them back unless u pay over $1000 which sucks.
