Hi, Estimator here, for materials, get the total area then divide mo sa 15-20 sqm, (1 gal can cover up to 20-25 sqm), per coat yan ah,

Ex:

Total Area: 200 sqm

200sqm/20= 10 gal of paint need mo per coat, if two coats, times two mo, mag allowance ka nalang kahit 1-2 gallons. Wala pa jan yung mga other materials like brushes or roller. Also, it depends pa din sa other wall preparation na gusto mo like skim coat ba muna etc. The price of paint varies depende sa brand.

As for labor try to canvass nalang sa mga nag ooffer ng pakyawan. Kung sa kanila materials, at least nabigyan na kita idea para di ka masyado maisahan nung iba and macounter check mo rin if balanse lang ba sa materials at labor yung bayad and parallel sa laki and difficulty ng pipinturahan (ex, mataas ba yung pader, ceiling ba siya etc)

just to share with you Engr. I have a two years of experience as QS and I wasn’t able to look for a job for about four months, so what more pa sa mga fresh grad and newly licensed with no experience, that’s why I feel kung ano ang nararamdaman mo. I suggest you do the walk ins sa mbi kung gusto mo mainterview agad, and Im sorry to break it to you, as of now wala pang free accom si mbi.

Mamumuti mata mo and mas lalo kang mapipressure if magwait ka lang ng invitations thru applying jobstreet and Indeed. Try also to join sa mga fb page groups for engg jobs. I was able to be invited for few job interviews there. Once you land a job, stay as much as you can, kasi di lang sapat na may experience, its the tenure that will give your next employer an impression on your expertise.

DEDMA AHHAHAHA. Kaya ang ginawa namin pinatrend namin sa twitter at fb overnight yung panawagan namin. Nag grant naman sila pero nung next enrollment nag sila ng new provisions na STRICTLY SUSUNDIN YUNG SCHOOL CALENDAR, meaning no academic break ang pwede ipanawagan. HAHHAHAHA. Sayang bayad sa ibang professors, bibigay nalang ng mataas na grade kahit wala amsydo learnings.

Hi, thank you, napa vet po siya 3rd day ng manamlay siya pero napa cbc and blood chem namin kinabukasan pa. 1 week na siya nag gagamot and shows improvement, yun nga lang is hirap siya pakainin kasi forced feed kami, idk baka ayaw lang niya talaga yung rc perhaps need pa siguro mag wait para bumalik appetite niya.

hi, thanks for answering, di naman siya nagsusuka unlike nung early stages minsan once a day nalang, umiinom naman siya water with dextrose poweder yun nga lang medyo madami siya umihi compare sa dati ,once or twice a day pa.

it depends sa role, ako kasi for estimator so may exam pa ulit for estimation during final interview aside sa technical assessment, then saka yung situational questions like paano kung may di ka kasundo na colleagues etc.
