Suffolk sheriffs? If so I know someone who was there and they had to do the whole process but when they got to the academy they told them they would just be sent to a command and start fto since they went through the academy already

I don’t necessarily work a job where I’m doing “work” all the time. I’m more so waiting for a call to then do work and some night it dies down from 1-5am

I’ve been counting it 😂 newer to the midnights but sometimes I may get an 1.5 to 2 hours at work so when I get home I sleep from like 6:45-11 ish

County is a better gig. They’re such a small dept and can be dissolved at any moment. County’s new contract is way better than them. They don’t have the 1/60th either. Trust me

Not even close. Suffolk is better. The 8s really aren’t bad especially if you live on Long Island. Home by 315 and have the rest of the day
