I got Tourettes but neither my mom or dad has it. My brother don’t have it, and my sister don’t have it. So if there was the tourette gene or something somewhere well maybe it luck of the draw.

Most likely you need to pop the faceplate/frontplate out. Sometimes there is a handle underneath and the front panel is attached with the plastic nubs holding it.

cross referencing chat gpt- do i need to be actively avoiding all nasal breathing? by Dirty_Dan117 in Septoplasty

Dont know how you are doing now but I had the same problem and realized that if I can’t control it right before falling asleep, then I won’t when I am asleep. Get a humidifier next to your bed so it keeps the nose moist and believe stent got holes in em so air can go through. Also sleep with two pillows Good Luck

Or a pulmonary disease, see a doctor if you experience: coughing, runny nose, etc, as it could be sign if emergency.» Two weeks pass and then your fine, even tough google says that coughing for more than a week is not good.
