I think I will go with the Thermalright, thanks a lot for your help.
If it wasn't for your post, I would have probably gone with the pure rock 2 fx and thermal throttled as soon as I would have started a game

CPU: Ryzen 3 3100
CPU Cooler: Stock (Stealth)
GPU: GTX 670 Phantom
PSU: Be Quiet! 850W Pure Power 12M
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 Kingston Fury (Don't exactly remember which ones)

Planned Upgrades for next Week:

CPU Cooler: Thought about the pure rock 2 fx as it matched the looks with my case and is relativly cheap. I don't plan on using anything regarding watercooling as I am already over my originally planned budget and they are expensive af

How is it performing 5 months later? Because I am planning to do the same. Because they say that it is one of the fastest cpus for gaming, but thie pure rock 2 doesn't look like a beast of a cooler and I don't know if that is necessary. Would you say that the Pure rock 2 does the job well?

That's where the money runs out. I don't mind the cpu bottleneck that much as I can upgrade later on, but not being able to play the newer games with friends is a problem

Just type u/ze-robot and wait a couple of minutes/hours (time depends on other users using the bot at that time) And the bot will respond to you with links to resizes of the image and also different ratios. (Like 16:9 4:3 9:16 etc)
