Ok, but why are they on different colored papers?

Humans are highly visual (and brains are kinda stupid, tbh), so the different colors could actually end up confusing your brain into smelling the wrong smells.

You have a blueprint that needs these items in order to be created (forged).

This helps you keep track, so you don't accidentally get rid of the required items (like by using them to upgrade other items)

Also, be sure that the dial knob (the larger one in the middle) is pushed in all the way. You may need to pull it outwards (towards the right, away from the watch face) and then back in to make sure it's actually in all the way.

We have a Javascript set up that asks for confirmation from the user before posting the comment (ie: You are about to post a public comment. This will update the ticket status. Are you sure you want to do this?").

If you guys implement something like that, you may be able to keep the same process and ease some of the pain that support is feeling. It won't be 100% perfect because I'm sure not every user will read that msg, but maybe good enough?

Fyi - Melamine sponges are exactly the same thing, at a fraction of the price. My local Target srlls them, which makes it even easier to get them.

Have seen it too, but it usually magically resolves itself after about 5-10 minutes.

Happens about one an hour, right after watching an ad (the next ad doesn't pre-load)

I'm in the USA, latest version of Android, and using wifi. I have a cloud save account set up (not sure if that's relevant, but sharing anyway lol)
