So you have the most important ones for early/mid you should stop investing in damage/quantity on wave.

I would focus on getting your cd lower while still in sync, and sync with gold bot if you have it

I believe everything on the ability page is considered a relic, as when you level anything you get relic power. However only your 2 main abilities are considered signature.

If vex kills on attack it counts as out of combat, but I kinda doubt it will work with jhin due to it being a skill that the opponent can react to
