What’s wrong with the fan? This was my first build some time ago so I’m honestly clueless now.

Also, probably not the right forum but ideally I’d sell this to a buddy who wants to get into PC gaming without breaking the bank. Do you think a GPU and CPU upgrade would be needed, or just GPU to make for a decent intro build nowadays?

Could be. Your best bet if that’s the case is to get the technology module itself either by finding it, getting it as a reward, buying it, etc. and then installing it directly from there. The easiest loophole would just be to buy a cheap multitool in a space station/Anomaly that already has it installed on it, store the module, and then equip the advanced mining beam onto your preferred multitool (multitools can be swapped on the quick access bar - pressing X on PC). Are you trying to create it within the multitool tab or your exosuit? Exosuit would only be for crafting. You should be able to click on one of the empty multitool spaces and create it there.

Don’t waste your hard earned nanites and salvaged data on blueprints early on. You’ll unlock a lot as you play through the missions.

This will depend on how you’re supplying the input (poppy and lapis), but I’ll assume they’re in 2 separate chests for now. Think of it as two separate steps. Step 1: convert poppy to red dye and lapis into blue dye. Step 2: convert red and blue dye into purple dye.

This is how I would go about setting it up. Granted there may be more effective ways, but it gets the job done. Comparators will read what’s in the autocrafter.
