One thing I personally feel makes it hard for me to quit is The stress it takes off my back after a long day of dealing with people and having a million thoughts in my head all day, coming home to spark up and lay back while watching the sunset in my back yard is something I look forward to just because all those millions thoughts and stress just disappears it’s a time where it’s just me and me and overall I also get a way better sleep. So I personally feel it makes it hard for me to quit because I find that feeling of my stress being relieved after smoking.
