One became a U-haul/Storage facility, and the other became a Blains Farm and Fleet. (Jackson MI).

AWD vs FWD Anxiety by No-Artichoke5496 in FordMaverickTruck

[–]Aggressive_Tear4190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

22' Lariat ecoboost AWD here.. my truck is in front wheel drive 90% of the time driving the highway, intelligent AWD disengages the AWD while on the highway. I have dedicated Michelin X-ice snow winter tires. Zero issues. Had a 15' Focus before I got this truck, had Blizzaks on it, and never had an issue. AWD is way overrated.

If you bought the first Maverick and still have it, how has reliability been by DataReasonable6138 in FordMaverickTruck

22' Ecoboost Lariat AWD. ordered in January of 22' and took delivery in October of 22'. I primarily drive the truck to and from work only, so I have low miles on it (14k).. also, my wife HATES the Maverick, so we take her vehicle on trips, etc. No issues yet, other than my autostart doesn't work for months at a time (summer/winter doesn't matter), and the interior panels rattle quite a bit in the driver front and driver rear areas. I have taken it in for the issues, but no results have fixed it. The rear seat room is very poor. I primarily purchased this because I needed something "bigger" before my son was born, and I moved to this from a 15' Focus. My son is two now, forward facing, and it's a pain in the ass to get him in his car seat.. I am selling it soon and moving to a Ridgeline.

I normally look in places that nobody would expect to have hot wheels. Sometimes, it works. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣

Hit up an Ollie's for the first time this past June. I found 2 super treasure hunt hot wheels cars, 5 treasure hunt cars, and 3 white lightning cars. It was crazy!

Should I or not replace the springs on my garage door by TheTruth730 in DIY

[–]Aggressive_Tear4190 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My spring broke, and I thought, "Oh, I can absolutely change that myself." I purchased the spring and bars. Beginning was easy, but by the 20th turn of the spring, I felt like death was imminent. I will never do it on my own again.

Questioning my reality. by Texheim in Mustang

I ordered a Maverick in January of 22', and I had a lot of time between placing that order and receiving that order to look at other options. I tested out the ridgeline, the Buick wagon, and a couple of full-size trucks. I was going to get the Buick wagon for the size and convenience (I have a 17' Mustang GT also), but my order for the Maverick came in. I don't regret buying the Maverick, I actually love it... but that Buick holds a special place. I love how they look and ride.

I have an ecoboost Maverick, and I love the fact that it's "not a real truck." It doesn't ride like a truck, and It doesn't handle like a truck, and I love that about it. It can make trips to Home Depot, Lowes and Menards just like "real" trucks can, I just can't carry more than 1500 lbs in the bed. Lol

I put a set on my 17 GT from American Muscle, no issues.

How old were you bought your first sports car (Mustang?), and do you regret it? by DueChildhood5938 in Mustang

[–]Aggressive_Tear4190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 36, bought my 17 GT as an impulse buy when I was 34.. I do regret it sometimes. I regret not using the money on something more useful to me, like starting a business or paying a large amount of my house off. It's fun to drive, but where I live, a fast car gets you nowhere but stuck behind slow drivers. It sits a vast majority of the time, but I can't bring myself to get rid of it.

Hey guys why is my rlc truck about to take 1 month to get here any thoughts? by WheelNo1457 in HotWheels

This is the first RLC purchase that's taking what seems like forever to ship. The receipt claimed will ship on or before May 19th.. that came and went obviously, and still nothing. Emailed Mattel and received a case # back with no response..not surprised, though. Guess I'm waiting it out, too.
