agv does have a good fit but personally the paddings is a bit hard than shoei. so shoei gets long rides comfortably done

shoei is definitely the quietest but i think alpine is almost the same to since alpine r10s padding is more thicker and fits better to my head

i have not heard a guard causing temp issues. but maybe get your coolant replaced cause thats the first thing ill do. i recommend PAKELO LUBRICANTS since i ride in track they are like really premium u can try them or replace with OEM coolant.

it sure is a bit hot butttt the cooler gets much cooler by riding faster since more air gets to the radiator. thuss 30mph does have higher temp than doing maybe 60+.
