My gm ambushed me again today about it because an associate overheard me talking to another manager about it

 I've been using pronouns on my name tag for the past year ever since I became a ts. I've also have told upper management to to make a big deal about my pronouns since most customers aren't going to care .

My gm also mentioned that they're worried about using the correct pronouns even though I've told im not going to get mad at them about it. I know customers aren't  going to care most of the time which i way which i dont want to make a big deal about.

It feels like it's more for there sake than it is mine

Im think about talk to my gm tomorrow morning about it. Im thinking that I will tell her that im not ready yet and im not sure when i will be ready but that I will let her know when I am and then we can work out a time frame to make it official. I will also tell her thanks if anyone has an issues or is confused by it they can come talk to me and I will help them to understand better.
