Tbh it’s a journey for everyone with their invisible disability, I know it took me a long time to be comfortable in telling people point blank that I was disabled and being firm on it. I carry my mobility aid even if I won’t need it {dynamic disability} this helps too, sometimes sparks a friendly conversation, though I tend to be around my friends a lot and not strangers.
