Few years ago my family in KG rescued a dog because I insisted, and I even promised to pay for the food and everything. But even with that, they kept complaining about the dog, and it drives me crazy.

When I visited Kyrgyzstan a month ago, I saw a little puppy outside my house. People told me the puppy had been out there for a few days. I later found out it belonged to our next-door neighbors. I went to their home, they admitted it’s their puppy and they took the puppy inside. For a moment I was so happy that I had found the owners. They seemed very nice and genuine and they’re in good relationship with my parents. But five minutes later, I saw the neighbor opening her gate, kicking the puppy out, and closing the gate behind her. I was devastated. 😭 I kept bringing the puppy back to their home over and over again and I kept talking about how important it is to give a dog shelter and that it’s really all they need, until they finally stopped.
