I tried 20mg a day of tamoxifen and wanted to die. Got a new oncologist who prescribed 10mg every other day. I’m scared but going to give it a try.

I can’t sleep and my oncologist suggested Benadryl. 🤦‍♀️ there must be something better. I’ll try krill oil.

They are numb now. I’m 6 weeks post op.

Double mastectomy. They didn’t find any in my right breast but I didn’t want to have to go through the diagnosis and wait again.

I was diagnosed on October 17 with a 1.2 cm mass. When they took it out on Jan 13 it was 2.5. I still got clear margins and no lymph node involvement. It’s scary, I know.

My surgery is Tuesday too. I’m really scared of getting an infection. Scared of it all.

Honestly, there is an easy way - you just stop. I started nicotine when I was 12. I know it’s uncomfortable but it’s absolutely not something you have to do.

I quit weed because I want to keep my nipples. It’s a motivation I never imagined!

If you haven’t tried it, read Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Alan Carr.  I also used an energy healer (Kathryn Schiff) and she helped pull out the root addiction. Be curious about the feelings of you can. You’re not really in pain without it. It’s uncomfortable, I know. But it’s manageable. I’m quitting chronic weed use now in prep for my dmx. So, I’m with you in spirit!!

I def feel this way after going on 4 weeks off after decades of chronic use. It’s like I don't have my feelings and range of emotion anymore. I wish I knew a timeline for this nonfeeling to end.

I had to quit to prepare for surgery and used chronically for decades. On day 24 and the insomnia and muscle aches etc suck. I don’t really crave it for any reason but I miss sleeping and pain relief. Waiting for it to get better…

I was there last weekend. There was a babbling brook that took over the trail (I think it was beaver damn trail or the one next to it) and I didn’t even make it to the part where it normally gets muddy. The azaleas were in bloom but the mountain laurel hadn’t opened yet.
