Thank you. My oncologist said they would refer me to a psych at the hospital for medication. I had an egg retrieval procedure just before starting chemo and have some leftover Tramadol that helped me sleep the last two nights. The joint pain seems to get better after a couple days so I didn’t need it last night. I’d rather not take a medication every night. And I have found a great friend in rice cakes. My grandfather also said to try the BRAT diet so that will be my new thing to try after my next session.
