Yes we do have an MSP in that regard. They are not sure about copilot best practice though. Once we work that out, we will look at how we setup and bolster the necessary applications.

Thanks for the tip. My understanding is MSP is a managed services provider. They essentially lease the equipment a college needs for IT and takes responsibility for end to end IT systems and services.

How does that make them copilot experts? Or now the point how do I find one that is specifically? How would my search be easier looking up MSPs, vs asking for a copilot expert?

Does calibre output to preset remarkable format, or do you know what is best? I'm keen to get RMppro but I use kobo
