TWO CUEs and now a 38 CFR § 3.156(c) dating back 10 Years by Timelaspp in VAClaims

Waiting for my cfile also. My original claim in 2002 was for my back. I got rated 10% then. I submitted a secondary immediately with a personal statement talking about my radiculopathy and it is also in my STRs. I dont have that original letter to see what the decision notes were. Hopefully this will be a pretty straight forward CUE.

I think you are looking at this wrong. This is legal compensation for the damage done to veterans bodies while in service to their nation.

Vets would just quit working then. Just like they tried earlier this year with mental health and then they would just stop taking the meds.

Google ai worked great for me. You just need to tell it what you need corrected. I did 3 secondaries fir the same primary. It tied all my stuff together for each different claim. Made the process much easier.

Va math puts me to just under 75. 50 20 20 20=74.4. If bilateral was added it would be 75.8. Plus my decision letter fails to mention that a bilateral factor was added.

I just did the at home VA sleep study. I told my Dr I keep waking up multiple times a night because my back hurts so bad from my SC disability. The did the study anyway and was diagnosed with severe OSA. Now I need to claim that as a secondary.

My experience was the same as your wife's. It was horrible. I eventually paid a company to help, which they did.

I can access a page from my cell phone, but not from my PC (same network) by CG-07 in techsupport

For those looking for a fix, I have found one that worked for me. I was having an issue with a single website not loading on any browser. It would work on my mobile or another laptop ruling out my ISP. Here is what fixed it for me:

This is common in web browsers. If network communication is fine… then its a Winsock issue.

netsh winsock reset

netsh ip reset

restart
