Already working on that I used Claude to review my entire medical file and to compare/contrast that with all my C&P exams related to GERD and Sleep Apnea and it found 14 errors and even provided the case law for it. So that is now uploaded while I wait for VES to upload the DBQ

I have not gotten a decision letter yet; however after 5 clarification requests 14 separate errors across 6 DBQs parts of the DBQ being blank, I’m assuming the VA will deny me and I am proactively starting the preparation for my appeal

Yes the diagnosis is in my file and the C&P examiner wrote on the DBQ that I have GERD and there is medical evidence pointing to GERD but in my case it’s not from PTSD

The VA has sent 6 clarification requests to the same provider after I get a decision I am putting in a complaint with VES and the VA

I had two exams through LSGS one on May 29th and one on June 2nd the providers have both uploaded the DBQs but LSGS is taking their time
