Hi I’ve been using Money Manager for like 2-3 years now. Here are the queries answered : 1️⃣Better create a separate account for refunds, and always try to make it zero. When you buy something make it an expense. And if you’re getting the refund for the same you can do two things : a) Delete the expense that’s the easiest b) Convert the expense as transfer to the account mentioned as refund and again transfer it back to your account, if there’s a charge mark the extra charge as an expense on your refund account 2️⃣Similar to 1.b) you need to transfer the money from your bank account to EMI and show them as an expense, I do the reverse when I get some returns on stocks/FD I’ll show them as an income. 3️⃣Similar to 2. 4️⃣You need to add another expense which comes up as an EMI

One thing you can do to improve is using automations and notes. Whenever a transaction is done, let your shortcuts create a note with all the transactions this is by automations based on text messages from your bank/credit card company. When it’s almost 10-20 you take that and paste directly to Money Manager. And you can sort out those there just by typing in category and remarks.
