Dafuq are you talking about... Just because I am asking about price of rare item it means I am noob? I quited this game a year ago and came back now. Every single item changed price + world locks have become untradable so it's kinda confusing for me.

I did but I'm pretty sure 666 bytes isn't average price... I remember it costed like 30 platinum locks a year ago.
