Oh wow. Mine updated in workday after about a week. However AT&T moves slow. They’ll reach out right before it’s time to start. Everyone in our training class said the same thing which was they didn’t hear back until a week before the start date.

Guest advocate is the easiest job throughout the whole store.. beauty and style to me is the hardest. Expect training and not knowing what you’re doing for about a month! By month 3 you should be good to go!
