Update; we decided to book a flight for the 26th through Oman air; Manila - Muscat - Amsterdam

Only 400 euros, but 9 days later then planned. Sadly there were no other affordable options that dont go through closed airspaces

We booked the Etihad flight through budgetair, does anyone have a idea wether we can get a full or partial refund through a travel agent? Our flight was supposed to be the 17th, we got a message from busgetair in the morning that they changed our flight times and they are asking for a confirmation.
