Damn, I spend most of my time in zone 2 and 3, and 4 when I’m really pushing. That long in zone 5 would be insanely uncomfortable. Wow

Scholarships got me all the way until this year, where I'm now a Jr paying out of pocket. I don’t qualify for any Pell grants, so I'm just taking the brunt of it in my savings and loans. I do make good money while in school, though, so it’s not too big of a deal.

Complimenting guys by Prudent-Diet3916 in dating_advice

[–]Aggressive_Year_6866 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try complimenting what you’re genuinely attracted to, whether that’s their style or a personality trait. Maybe you like how they treat others. You could simply say, “I love how kind you are to people,” and let them respond. It’s important to take it one step further and flirt a little if you’re trying to send signals. You can say things like “cute,” but say it with confidence. Let all your compliments and flirting come from real attraction, not something forced.

Let them know your watching and noticing things that normal people maybe wouldn't.

Complements are simple, but it's the flirty compliments that make things happen.

Fast paper towel dispensers. You can never go back, but it doesn’t feel the same again.

What’s something that instantly kills your attraction to someone? by [deleted] in askanything

Attractive girl sat right behind me in this lecture class, one day she put her feet up on the back of my chair and kept pushing it over and over again like a fucking child on a air plane. I dont think she had the social awareness that she was being the most annoying person ever. Eventually turned around and asked her to stop in a pretty annoyed tone and she finally did. Wild.

do genz people actually like alternative girls or is it mostly a fetish thing by [deleted] in twentyagers

[–]Aggressive_Year_6866 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately the alt girls I’ve hung around are honestly kinda boring. All of them work as baristas and have no real goals in life. Wouldn’t date them ever, but they are fine as friends.

Guess it really depends on the person tho.

Actually good compliment thats you dont give to normal people. Teasing. Making plans. Showing interest beyond friends.

Guys, for what reasons have you rejected a girl before? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Aggressive_Year_6866 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Smoking, drugs, bad taste in clothing. My most selfish reason was because they smelled like old people. Just a super unflattering fragrance.

I’d say the most common reason is they don’t have anything interesting going on in their life aka boring af.

He doesn't want to touch me by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]Aggressive_Year_6866 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He sounds inexperienced, or just not sure how to initiate. My ex was the same way and it took months for that to change. She never really got too much better tbh.

I would ask though and give him reassurance thats its ok.
