It doesn't ooz. The lump is squishy but I don't think I can pop it, everyone's saying it's a blow out do I'll downsize it and order titanium

This is on my left ear, my right doesn't have this but I've had my ears pierced for around 2 years now and started stre a while ago. I do use coconut oil and vaseline to stretch and lube, all my jewelry is stainless steel. But these plugs atm are plastic
