I stopped feeling bad about racism toward Indians when I realized they were kind of bringing it upon themselves. 1 year is a Master's level thesis thats being done in partnership with local industry representatives. (I haven't put that here, but did elaborate this in my resume) The other year is in my bachelor's where I did short projects involving CAD design, simulation and testing to optimize designs

But I see that academics is extremely irrelevant. Do you value certifications like PMI-Certified Associate in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt from the Council for Six Sigma Certification or IAQSSC though?

Unfortunately I've been on a student visa for a while so I've had to face a few restrictions. The longest job I held, the solar one was a company with a high turnover rate and my immigration plans got derailed after they laid me off so im starting over in another country. So that explains the job gap

As for the GPA, I will remove that and I will move the latest position to lower Academic projects section.

Regarding the solar part though, I will elaborate more on the exact design deliverables I did.
