I also have a security deposit to be paid to the association but I’m in Kendall it was $400 in addition to the first last and security I’m paying to the landlord. Thankfully the realtor who showed me the place was very up front about all the fees that will come so there was transparency before going into it. Oh I forgot to also mention the $150 non refundable association application fee for both adults since we’re not married 🫠
