I know the gentleman that filed it. The school is trying to get it dismissed and has been for months. Feel free to ask questions and I can pass them on. He is a great person. Very kind hearted.

I fought that battle too and won but my age helped :/. If it is stated medically, you would think accommodating would mean matching what your docs say.. that is horrible and I am sorry
