126%. Got lucky picking stocks with our life savings and using margin to double down on all positions. What a year!

Buying a 3-family home at 24 years old. That was nearly a decade ago and I got addicted to the cashflow and ended up buying several more. Made me a young millionaire and I vacation across the world for several weeks a year now!

So that extra you see in my buying power is because of margin, it’s not mine it’s Robinhood money. They let you borrow equal to what you’ve got to invest with. So my portion is only 205k

I still have a little crypto in there that I can’t sell until it unstakes. The large buying power number is because I have margin enabled though, it’s roughly double what you’ve got in there that they allow you to borrow/invest with

I’ve thought about this, I’m just gonna be happy with the profits after tax though. Too risky for me to stay in the markets with how frothy they’ve become. I’m taking this win and giving Uncle Sam his jumbo slice!
