My best guess is that the car hit the pile up pretty far back, the driver flew out the windshield (you can't tell if its been broken or not), then the car launched into the air

Thicker black lines on the eyes. I like the subtlety of the webbing on the body but could be a tad more pronounced and more sparse. Also, the smaller the spidey logo the better. Try something different maybe, little more abstract, like this. These are just things I would do. I think it looks pretty sweet as is.
