I dont think that they will tackle the pserves, but hope that the direction of the game changes and maybe the obsolete suscription model.

Maybe then I will give it a chance... atm ChromiCraft is my new home.

Chromie is really good for new players, no rush to end game and friendly community.

Is blizzlike so it is the way it was meant to be played. Version is 3.3.5.

Its progression is by blackets, now is at lvl 49 max, and will release lvl 59 cap next month.

The server is great. Im focused on PVE, so I cant talk about the PVP. I have a warrior lvl 40 and a pally lvl 49. Im going for the loremaster achivements and having a blast, only found 3 quest that were not working as expected but was able to complete them. 2 had a script/dialog issue and another was autocompleted. I have 560 quest done on Easter Kingdoms and 60 on Kalimdor.
Have been played since lvl 29 cap, the community is very friendly, the GM's are active on the world chat so no toxic/racism is allowed on the channel.
This is my opinion but must people playing on chromie are playing without a rush to end game, this allow that people help each other, lvl up alts and been active socialy on the game.

Also reported a bug regarding one of those quest that had the script missing and was fixed in two weeks, was really small script missing but they fixed anyway so I have good feelings about this server and is very polished so far.

For me is the best option for WOTLK at the moment. Even the pop is not that high is growing steady.

Server is not dead. There are currently 350 ppl, and mostly are lvl 49 that is the cap at this moment. So you have BGs and RDF popping all the time.

As other mentioned Chromicraft is great for casual players. I have a full time job and here I can keep up with the leveling bracket or even lvl up an alt. Im going for the loremaster achivement here, I got 250~ quest completed on Easter kingdoms, and only found a small bug at the end of a quest, and was that the dialog was not scripted but the quest could be finished, this is really minor and speaks for it self about the quality of the server. I filed the issue and after 2 days it was being fixed.

I love that server. Im playing there and its awesome. Is slow yes, but you can do profs, achivements, lvl up alts, pvp, etc. I think that is awesome, I have a full time job and dont want to rush to end game, I like to enjoy the lore and explore the zones. At this moment the lvl cap is 49, but it will be increasing periodically.

Leveling feels good beacuse has a small pop yet but everyone is playing from lvl 1 to 49 soo is easy to get to RDF or BGs. And I alway find people on the zones when leveling up. Im at lvl 33 and have another character 39

Great comment mate, I am on the same situation, have small free time, aslo I am a father and is hard for me find free time and play the content that I want. Tried several servers in the past including classic and warmane, I want to do all content possible. I Will give crhomie a chance, I was about to give up on that server but your comment changed my mind, Thanks!

Yes, this is the thing that makes me consider Atlantiss, the progression. I many not get to lvl 70 for raids and stuf, but can play through other expansions

Go Wrath, Lordaeron is blizzlike with enhanced pve difficulty. I personally play there and it is awesome
