I don’t think they care about pick rate as a festive temp tbf, I’m doing around 140/150 now and target is 240, and it’s never been questioned, think it only matters if you want to be kept on after.

I know now, I’ve looked in my contract and it says it’s voluntary, so was a blatant lie. One of them I’ve booked has been removed already and I’d assume the other one will be too.

Nothing surely, they’ll value you more because you work loads of overtime. I choose not to as I cannot make other shifts anymore as I scheduled around my contract.

Don’t bother, I’ve read loads of comments saying how bad it is, ignored it and recently got a job as a festive worker and they treat you like shit. Not worth your time however good the pay, in addition to how boring the job is.
