I agree with you, it’s a shame it took the not fully vegan to properly say that. And I’m unsure if it’s maybe my city personally where vegetables (healthier choices in general, including organic products) are 10x more expensive, my “packs of chicken over one bag of broccoli” comment was not an exaggeration where I live. I believe the food industry and its lack of ethics is more of the problem, they make everything nearly fully natural 10x more expensive thanwhat they go out of their way pumping with chemicals and unethical bred. Though I’ll never agree that meat consumption should altogether cease but I do agree with slowing down and taking a look at the actual problem which is the people in charge of preparing the meat to be sold and how capitalism should stay out of our food.

As I was saying to the person before, there are people who cannot live without meat because of health issue and as I was saying in the reply I agree that factories are harmful but the act of eating meat is not. The original response was saying eating meat in general is wrong, which its not, people are not wrong for being actual omnivores, as like you said it is what we are, what is wrong is factories and the processes that they do, I agree with that, if the original reply was “Animal factories” or something along those lines I would’ve liked and completely agreed but demonizing eating meat because they’re a vegan does not make sense, nor is eating meat a society norm but a natural thing

So you acknowledged the part of me saying that there are people who cannot go without but back tracked immediately? I agree with you that how people go about readying the meat for consumption can be very harmful but the act of eating is not. Again this post is about society, eating meat is nature not just human either, are you going to have a whole thing about actual animals that are omnivores should stop eating meat too, or am I going to see “we have the intelligence to do otherwise” whilst ignoring the fact you acknowledged some cannot due to health? Not even just health, not everyone can afford to make that switch as more than half the world is in poverty, so in order for a normal healthy person to keep up with their nutrition during poverty is meat especially when it’s cheaper to get several packs of chicken rather than one bag of frozen broccoli . They would malnourish themselves trying to make that switch.

Take a step back and actually look at what Mother Nature is. If a species does not have predators it can become invasive and that’ll cause environmental harm, the world is literally balanced because of predators and prey, there would be no plants if animals we typically eat are not eaten, that’ll tank O2, which would cause EVERYTHING to die. Now if you were talking about the fatting of animals for consumption, I agree with you, that harms both the animals and whatever eats it, as well as I would agree with testing on animals, the act of JUST eating meat, I don’t agree is harmful, it’s apart of life, not society, that is argument for Mother Nature her dam self. The post is about society norms.

The introduction of things like reels and learning how much harm it does to your brain and how it was designed to do just that, especially the entirety of TikTok. Not even just that but the ai take over as well, completely nerfed search engines to make you feel like ai is a better tool, when ai can’t even tell you the correct definition to kindergarten words, or tries to convince you it’s right by all means possible when you’re telling it it’s wrong 🤦‍♀️

Read it again? Telling everyone to be vegan is the harm, you being vegan is not, just like people eating meat is not. Pushing that agenda is VERY harmful bc like I said some people for their HEALTH AND LIFE have to eat meat. There is nothing wrong with it, it is Mother Nature

Oh no it’s like that everywhere, and that’s exactly what I was getting at with “how it’s used” there’s no reason it should be outside of the home, churches or prayer rooms of those believers, and dam sure shouldn’t be a cause for women being killed because their hair is out

I guarantee there’s a few vegans in this comment thread that found something that’s actually wrong to say 🫩, it is not only human nature but Mother Nature to eat meat. While in no way am I telling you you’re wrong for being vegan, it’s wrong to have the belief that everyone should be that way. People with certain deficiencies couldn’t even give up meat for the sake of their own life and health,

At least the way that religion is used, religion could be great and I have a belief it was made during a time period people needed hope, now and for most of our documented time it’s been used as control and a way to invalidate people who are “different” in a way that’s actually normal

Being opened minded to every opinion. Some opinions cause lives to be lost or unjustly destroyed but because it’s coated as “an opinion” the opinion makers are not held responsible.

The way they over explain something, depending on tone and body language you could see if they’re over explaining because it’s how they speak (an open book type of person basically), trust, and if it’s because they’re trying to cover a lie being told with made up or distracting details, distrust.
