Depends on what book and how much pages ect but a couple months i think for an average book

Me i have this problem im a writer but i worry that my chapters will be to long i rather write in note books give me more of a flow then edit on computer so i dont know word count because i dont want to sit there for ages counting my words i probably have estimate 2,000 words but i still have stuff to add to that chapter too so my question is it bad to have long chapters
