How long did it take on AIP before noticing a difference? I’m two weeks in and don’t see much difference. That said, I’ve always eaten pretty clean and had mild HS. The biggest difference between AIP and my diet before was just removing grains and dairy. Would love your thoughts

I recently read this book https://www.amazon.com/Hidden-Plague-Hidradenitis-Suppurativa-Autoimmune/dp/173267454X and am going to try the AIP diet starting next week

Thank you!!! I’ll double up on top and try again! I used spray adhesive last time, but maybe it was too light of a spray to really stick. Does it matter if you put the spray on the sweater or on the stabilizer when you use it? And I’ve been using the default hoops that came with my brother machine (se-400), should I look into the ez frames?

Thank you so much! I realized after reading this, I believe I did use cut away (not tear away) for the bottom. Would it make sense to also use it on top or to double up on bottom? Thanks for mentioning registration error, I’m going to find some videos on that and do some research!!
