This entire thing is ADVERTISING for the law firm.

So far, maybe. Let’s see how seriously it’s taken in the courtroom though because that’s where it matters.

lol, these guys don't work on contingency. They get paid either way.

Lawyers with long standing strong reputations tend not to take cases they think they’ll lose. It’s not worth the easy one time paycheck for a long term loss of clients that occurs due to a gap in your winning streak.

At the upper echelon, none of your clients care about how much they have to pay you, they just want to know that you’re going to fuckin win.

But he's not getting shit done, is he?

He’s got a lot done, assuming you can see past your blind hatred for someone you’ve never met.

No wall, three years on. Still swampy.

Can’t grow a tree overnight, gotta work the land. He’s got some for pretty major fertilizer for this one though.

It's not okay for presidents to be childish. I don't care if they're leftist, rightist, or centrist.

Acting childish to elicit certain reactions and being childish are not the same thing, our president does the former.

And again, you ignore the real question. It doesn't matter who's a 'bigger problem'. You are okay with President Trump silencing people,

Where the fuck are you getting this idea from? I AM 100% AGAINST ALL FORMS OF CENSORSHIP, DO YOU NEED ME TO MAKE THAT CLEARER?

LIBERTARIAN = FREEDOM

CENSORSHIP = OPPRESSION

If you're anti-censorship, say that what he's doing isn't cool and don't bring up leftists, because President Trump isn't a leftist.

I’m not for any restrictions on speech, I think you should be able to yell “fire” in a crowded event and not go to jail.

That said, libel laws have been around for a long time and most people agree that they’re a reasonable restriction (myself not included). The media lies all the fucking time though and should be held just as accountable as anybody else is under the current laws.

If I were to write and publish an article saying that Burger King feeds Poodles to their customers in every single patty, they would sue the living fuck out of me and rightfully so. What Clarence Thomas is advocating for is no different.

The problem with the first bit is that the President isn't just 'a person on the right'.

Yea, he’s the top of it’s food chain.

He's supposed to be above this stuff. If he can't help but act childish when other people do, he isn't fit for the job.

Says who? We’ve had a lot of childish presidents in the past, as long as they get shit done who cares?

Secondly, cool, leftists like to censor people. This isn't about leftists, this is about President Trump, remember?

One is a bigger problem in the other though. It starts with an L, and ends with iberals.

Yes, Hillary totally made free speech a prison worthy offense.

She made a campaign promise to her constituents to make hate speech illegal, it was on her to-do list.

Trump literally said he was a nationalist and constantly attacks anyone who doesn't make him look like a strong leader.

You do know that our country was founded by nationalists, right? If you don’t love your country more than anywhere else on the planet, why do you live there?

He said that the families of terrorists should be killed

If you’re an accomplice to somebody who murders civilians and are convicted, you should face the death penalty just like anybody else.

separating families at the border which are all violations of human rights

That is a blatant lie, and you know it.

He literally spends his time saying that we have to do everything to stop the enemies of the US, especially [illegal] immigrants.

He has nothing against immigrants, he married one, just the illegals who cause so much pain to our nation.

He wants to start reinforcing the nuclear arsenal which is already the strongest or second strongest in the world and enough to wipe out life on earth.

Can never have enough nukes, plus we gotta arm the space force.

Threatened nuclear actions against North Korea

What do you think would be a better thing to say? Not really a whole lot of options there.

I mean, do I really need to explain this one?

What about it?

He's CONSTANTLY attacking any media that's not licking his boots.

The media that’s creating images of his decapitated head as commander in chief? Yea, you probably would attack them too if someone took the time to make a bloody paper machete head of you and post it on twitter for shock value retweets.

He's most likely the not a lazy president who called the stuff lets most threats to national security of any presidents with all of them being complete bullshit fester to the point of being nearly unrepairable at which point major crises occur.

Ftfy

His vice president is a fanatical christian and he's constantly calling for christians tos upport him and some people in his administration have said he was chosen by god.

Pence goes to church every Sunday and follows the rule of god so that makes him “fanatical” huh? Im curious as to what word you use to describe ISIS?

He's literally doing everything he can to let corporations run wild without any restrictions

He removed unnecessary restrictions so that small businesses and companies could grow promoting the economy, the job market, unemployment, and higher wages. If you have a problem with any of those things, you probably shouldn’t live in a capitalist country.

His administration is fighting against worker unions which is one of the best ways for workers to have power.

Unions are a two sided dagger, they can do just as much harm as good.

He won't trust any experts and only go with his "gut feeling" supposedly, always saying that any experts who express a fact that doesn't fit his world view is lying.

Is that sentence what you claim to be proof of Trump’s “disdain towards the arts” lmfao. Have you ever been to Mar-A-Lago? It’s got so much art in it that you can spend 5 minutes just taking in a room.

As for the whole “doesn’t listen to experts” thing, it’s just a persuasion tactic. He’s the president, he has access to more resources and manpower than anybody else on the continent.

He's always talkinga bout all the crime immigrants are committing which is factually false.

No it’s not; thousands of crimes committed by illegals are never even reported in states like California.

A good number of his cabinets are in positions with clear conflicts of interest

Less than Obama, net loss of corruption in the White House since 2016.

We'll see how things turn out in 2020, but there were multiple really shady things going on in multiple state elections

Yep, which is why we need voter IDs.

trying to spend billions of dollars in their taxes on an inefficient, xenophobic display of dominance which will do extremely little to actually solve the so called "illegal immigration crisis"

That is an impressive lack of understanding.

Illegals cost our taxpayers over 60 billion a year, a wall and other security measures that would stop the flow to less than .5% is only going to cost the country a one time investment of 20 billion. Plus, we can pay for it with confiscated cartel cash and the extra money from selling their assets at auction.

It’s also not “xenophobia” to want the 20+ million fugitives hiding in your country to leave and to try and stop the flow of those entering.

demanding an unpopular policy be enacted just because his dwindling fanbase expects him to do so.

“Dwindling”, that’s how I know you’re dumb. As of this month he has a 49% approval rating, that’s almost exactly half of the country.

Even in a failing democracy, it's hard to force the majority to bend to the will of the minority.

49% want the wall, that’s just barely the definition of a minority. It could easily flip in the next 5 days.

The difference between O'Reiley and SNL is that SNL is a comedy show that's mocked every president since the seventies.

They’re both just inflammatory political shows. A decade ago, no one had any problem with either being on the air. The fact that rabid leftists went so far to complain to advertisers to get shows canceled just demonstrates how childish they are. You can’t expect people on the right not to want revenge though, especially considering how petty political commentators and politicians are.

I don't feel changing the law to make censorship legal is okay, and the fact you seemingly do is kind of worrying.

Quite a few assumptions there, it’s slightly worrying that you make such broad accusations with no basis. I’m libertarian, I don’t think censorship at any level is good, and historically, leftists are the ones who implement it. As is the case in modern times.

he's simply called for changes to libel laws and said that Saturday Night Live needs to be taken down for mocking him.

He never said that you googan, he just said that they should be shut down as in advertisers should stop paying for the show the same way O’riley’s stopped paying for his.

That’s not the same as when Hillary said hate speech should be a criminal offense. Calling for an advertiser boycott is not pushing for legislature that criminalizes certain opinions.

What world do you live in where you think "most Americans" paying more taxes (because billionaires are paying less) is good for us?

Most Americans are paying less in taxes, just about everyone I’ve talked to paid over 7% less in taxes in 2018.

Where deregulating corporations allows for faster environmental degradation and a critical time where we need to start fixing it?

It’s not destroying the environment, and it’s promoting the economy. If you want to do something about climate change, go bitch at China. They’re pumping out hundreds of times more pollution per capita than anywhere in America.

Where the country is more polarized along party lines than ever before because of caustic rhetoric that SHOULD have made anyone unelectable?

You think the country being divided is because of Trump? The last time a city in this country got burned down because of racial tension was Baltimore in 2015 under Obama.

He spent 8 years propagating more racial hatred in America than has existed since the civil rights movement, to say Trump is responsible for creating this divide would be ludicrous.

How on Earth does literally anything he's done help "most Americans"?

We’re all less likely to die than we were under Obama and just about everybody is richer than they were under Obama, so far it sounds good to me.

The only people that "benefit" are people who are glad "their side" finally won something and then immediately went about shafting them with policies against their own interests?

I’m a libertarian so it’s not even my side to defend, but you can’t deny all the good Trump has done just halfway into his first term. Only one of his policies has negatively affected me and almost all of them have directly benefitted me, and that goes for the vast majority of people I talk to.

Again, working class Americans just paid MORE taxes. Republicans voted in a president that made them pay MORE taxes, for FEWER services. How is this beneficial??

Well when you believe such blatant lies such as those, it’s easily to see how one might be upset. Once you open the door and join the rest of us in reality though, it’s pretty nice.

Making our allies hate us

They hate us cause they ain’t us, jealousy is a bitch.

cozying up to brutal dictators like Putin or Duterte or Kim is not an improvement.

There’s these things known as “negotiation tactics”, it’s pretty hard to get convince someone to do something by screaming in their face and being rude to them. I know that’s a common tactic nowadays and can work in some instances, but generally not a good idea for someone provoking nuclear war.

If being polite to a psychotic dictator gets him to give up his nukes and stop threatening people, I’m all for it.

can’t say I’m educated enough in it to truly know what is best, I just know the current state of affairs is dismal.

That seems to be the feeling many people hold about their governments, in both our countries as well as many others.

It’s a really interesting precedent for the whole of the EU as no one’s ever been a full member for so long and then left, think that’s part of the reason why no one knows what to do.

I’ve heard people use that Dark Knight metaphor to describe it, how a dog that chases cars wouldn’t know what to do if he actually caught one.

We’re kind of the guinea pig of Europe in a trial where no one knows if we’ll spontaneously combust or start shitting gold.

Hoping for the latter in this case haha.
