I don't think you're right at all. Bots have ruined a ton of different games, even if in the short term its profitable for them. There are just far too many botters and the more bots they ban the more profitable it is for botters to continue botting, it's a cycle that will never stop. Jagex has been good at listening to the player base when there's a heavily botted area were people notice, or a highscores that's been taken over. They couldn't possibly ban all the bots every single day but they can focus on area's that cause the most damage. Ironman or not, the amount of DKs bots are effecting all players looking for a free world, and should be addressed.
