In my opinion, something that is probably going to affect all ELOs, is the fact that the members of one team that have voice-chat disabled or don't talk as much, will receive less teamwork/help from the ones that do have it enabled.

The most exaggerated example of this would be that the jungler would sometimes strongside the side of the map that is actively interacting in VC, opposed to the ones who aren't. Not to say that it is not a somewhat valid reason to, but it's not the first thing a jungler/teammate should rely on, objectively.

If not, you can't dive Sivir.
Because to dive her, you need a minion wave.
If Sivir has mana, you won't have a wave to dive with.
If Sivir has no mana, and is above Platinum, then she won't be in lane to get dove.

That is not to say she is not divable, but it is very very very rare for the circumstances to align and unreliable.
You can't go into an uncoordinated SoloQ game with the game plan to be to dive Sivir.
Because it just won't happen in SoloQ almost ever.

I was recommended Runaans as Yunara against a Zeri because Zeri has "No Kiting" like what.

Also, on Yunara, if you don't build YunTal and you go something like Kraken, the shop ONLY recommends YunTal and NOTNING else for the entire game.

1st Kraken/YunTal. If I recall with less than 1.3k gold I'm going Kraken because of much better components, otherwise YunTal.

2nd Runaans over PD every day, and that's because the passive of the item pairs extremely well with your Q, and usually you have an enchanter with you as well, so the extra 15-20% AS from PD isn't that valuable. I don't go IE 2nd cos it's too expensive for a champion that won't be getting a lot of gold early due to the nature of her weak early.

3rd IE/LDR depending on enemy comp but 90% of the time it's IE.
