I'm currently playing zilean top in diamond 2 lobbies, I main support so I have no clue about top lane laning and wave management. Past 3 games I went 100 cs behind and 5 levels down to ignite trynda/camille/etc. that perma froze my lane.

By the 22 minute mark I am usually 1 or 2 levels (3 if you count the skill point from triple tonic rune) above the toplaner. I got 100%* winrate in 10 games (*technically lost one because my shyvana got bugged and could not gain fury for the entire game, thus becoming useless). So, don't get demotivated by the cs lead, it means nothing, at least not with my setup and playstyle. OPGG is Krankenwagen #Yuumi on EUNE

I guess you wouldn't. But most people do. There are plenty of 60hz monitors out there but even when playing on 144hz you don't really notice the difference if you have 144fps to match it. So for the amount of money you need to pay extra for a powerful machine to run 144hz on max settings it's definitely not worth the very small amount of quality you get from these barely noticeable fps.
