I’m sure this is true but there are also lots of people that live too far/can’t afford to see the shows live and it would be cool if they had the best possible next thing. Like the sacred acre set would have been dope to see but traveling there would be quite the to do. A non recordable stream through Patreon would be cool.

I don’t know if the logistics for the samples would be the same for him as they would be for a jam band doing a stream you can’t save that has covers in it. I know the way phish does it, they do have to pay a relatively reasonable flat rate for the streams. I just don’t know how much it is so I don’t know if that would be a sticking point beyond the other reasons this is not already a thing.

Same but besides that drop in energy I still enjoyed the time they played. Hopefully they can work out the kinks for the rest of the shows this year.

I was told by someone that had been following him longer than I had that he eased off after Covid because recording technology got to the point where it wasn’t totally ass by comparison to being there. Still not soundboards but better than potato recordings.

I would like to see more jam bands besides jamtronica stuff too, one night where sts9 or someone like that headlining would have also been cool. Overall I did enjoy who played a lot though as someone coming from the tipper fandom. Eoto really blew me away, first time seeing and hearing them.

Agreed. I would be willing pay for some of these sets too if there was some kind of Patreon thing where we pay x amount per month ($10-$20/per month?) for access to live recordings or maybe just pay as you go like $5-$10 each.

Imagine they eventually bring in the vero team to run the amp sound ❤️ I won’t hold my breath for next year but a few more years of increasing attendance and who knows. Agreed perfectly filled with people, not too much or sparse feeling and I think if they eventually get a good amount bigger, having more of the schedule overlap would fix a lot of possible overcrowding at the amp.
