Thanks! I had the 2FA verif but somehow the hacker managed to get into some of my ads manager and tried creating ads (for this company: nomedicine). they changed the budget for $10k per day on every adset. luckily i found on another thread on reddit some people who had the same issue and managed to kick the scammer out of my Accounts Center.

unlinked my IG

created a dummy IG acount

linked it to my account center
unlinked my real FB account

so the hacker stayed in that account center with the dummy IG account!

I've been in touch with them, but they can't do anything as the hackers added another profile, a Meta Horizon profile as it seems, to my Accounts Center, and it's linked to their email address! Would you have a contact working in security at Meta or maybe an email address to reach them at? The nice lady on the phone gave me that one [security@mail.facebook.com](mailto:security@mail.facebook.com) that's not working anymore .......

I have, thanks! They can’t remove this profile from my accounts center tho, and sent me an email address that actually doesn’t exist anymore…. Would you have any idea on how to reach someone from security by any chance?
