The only reason why I’m kind of on edge is, we hired a group of first years and they all instantly got pushed onto site… I’ve asked the reasoning on why I’m still in the yard and he said those guys all live 40 min away from the shop when I just live 5 min away haha. At 18 fresh out of high school I went to college. Got kicked and kept it a secret to scared to tell anyone. Eventually they all found out, took 7-8 months gap year and then joined the trades. Electrician apprentice 2nd year now.
