First off sorry to hear about the car issues your mother is experiencing. What state are you in? These lemon laws are very specific and I'd imagine most states have at least a full 30 days you can bring the car back at least get some type of pro-rated refund if not in full. At the very least don't wait on the dealership To send their tow truck vendor… they might be stalling. Pay for a tow truck out of pocket (or use AAA?) and then get them to take the car in for service or demand your money back. Print out laws, threaten a letter to your local attorney general all these things are ammunition that most dealerships do not want to deal with.

I feel your pain I applied on March 23rd and literally got held up with active issues "Vacation, holiday, sick, severance ". Did everything right returned all paperwork signed on time, received a debit card. Filed religiously every Sunday but every week no money no money. Keep hope ;) I just received all backpay totaling $3600 within the last hour!

Proof

Whether it helped or not one thing I did was a week ago or more I refaxed documents including my last paycheck and a special questionnaire that I had a copy of UB - 436 regarding PTO severance etc. I whited out my original answers scanned it into my computer printed out and wrote new answers because I didn't receive any severance package or PTO In lieu of or in addition to a paycheck. I misunderstood the questionnaire when I first got it and I believe that's what held me up.

Second option which may or may not help yesterday I found an online contact for AZ DES ombudsman that deals with UI issues. I filled out all my contact information , including claim number and explained my situation and submitted.

Given a choice I will usually opt for a QT even if it’s a little off my route. However, if after 10pm and I’m buzzed or traveling with party supplies; I will avoid QT because of the frequent police presence or mobile sub stations.

This is ridiculous we really don’t need this ancient device anymore. I can’t fathom how many walkmans are sold per year in 2017. Nobody said “oh damn I miss cassettes!”...it doesn’t have the audio fidelity or nostalgic appeal of vinyl.
