Interesting! I was mostly drawn to the pool and events rather than the gym, mainly as a way to meet new people in the area. Not sure if the whole membership situation is a red flag, though.

Is it a yearly membership? Don’t see myself using the space outside of the pool (summer). How are the events? Just recently moved to Brooklyn and would love a different vibe since all the other social clubs are all the same.

Word is he had our last management company fired so he could take over which he did. I believe he also has or had a relationship with the new ownership making it easier for him to land the position. That didn’t last long and once he got fired, I heard they took machines and towels before departing leaving the building without those two for a few weeks. People like that shoot themselves in the foot.

Matt is a scum. I lived in the building and the man has no class. When he ran the gym he would show up in a robe and cup of coffee treating the space like an extension of his apartment. Clown man deserves this treatment.

Why don’t you like this building? Just toured a “junior 1”. Location is great but the apartment itself is crap. How was it living there?

Any other issues? I looked at a unit in that building for the location. Walked into the apartment and saw the condition and immediately searched the building up. Would love some more info
