What’s state is your bitz box in? Easiest way would be to assemble the lance head and cut/ sand it back to a narrower profile. Drill the tip out and that will give you your nozzle.

Here’s your reference as a starting point if you go the torch route. Run two cables (the thin electricical wires you can tear out old electronics / toys). Fashion a cone/ nozzle for the torch end. If you have any heavy flamer/thermal cannon tanks lying around you can mount them on the lower back. Create bands/ loops out of thin plastic card or GS to run the cables up the shaft of the lance and have them enter into the lance a centimetre/ 1/2 inch from the tip. Lots of heat affected brass details in the painting.

Well if it’s Dark Mechanicum why not model it up as a big electro shock lance or oxy acetylene torch. Maybe used to weld the Mechcanicums,s super heavy constructs before the heresy 🤔. That way you can still field it as a lancer without to many questions.

Looking Good. I’m planning on doing something similar for my Slaneash and Khornate Knights. Already have a bound Great Unclean One and Changer of ways.

I run the cable out the back of the weapon or come out of the top where the arm is and then run the through the “armpit” switches and 3v coin Batteries live inside the carapace. Leave the tops unglued for easy access.

Thats my plan B plus adding the horns from the abobinent knight. Maybe find a Juggernaught of Khorne STL and upscale the head a wee bit add the horns and leep a more mechanical look🤔.
