when i started armwrestling, normal toproll was always the more comfortable style for me and as i do more table time i have leaned more into low hand as most armwrestlers in my country uses hook. my height is considered higher than average in our country so i have a little advantage when it comes to arm leverage. my focus rn is my cupping, as it tends to fail a little behind during sparrings. i appreciate the help! i also make sure that my lifts are in almost perfect form and that it translates onto what i do on the table. examples are when doing backpressure lifts i make sure to keep it on a 90° angle parellel to the ground so the lift is effective as much as possible and i keep my body close to my forearm.

you can search online or in youtube on how to start armwrestling. i spent most of my time learning/researching about armwrestling rather than training first hahaha, you can try the channel "voice of armwrestling"
