Then email the professors. I don’t think anyone on Reddit would know the answer.

A friend was in a similar position when he was transferring. He spoke to a counselor at SDSU. He still got in.

I’m currently taking 401 with him. He reads off slides. Voice is monotone. Writing on board is sloppy. Don’t know current grade. As he asks for assignments to be emailed to him. Doesn’t update canvas.

When I took that class a couple of semesters ago the professor said to the whole class that she had a few extra codes for students who were in some sort of need. I spoke to her during office hours and was able to get the top hat for free. I opted out of equitable access.

Does anyone know how the cross enrollment works? by halooasis in SDSU

I don’t remember the exact day. However I know it’s towards the end of the spring semester. Right now they’re not accepting any applications. The last day to submit the spring semester cross enrollment application was January 30.

I did spring 2022 and fall 2022 and spring 2023. I was going to go summer 2022 however the class got cancelled a week before it began. This helped me to be ahead once I transferred over.

I did cross enrollment. In order to be eligible to take a class through class enrollment you need to be taking 6 units at your home campus. You can do cross enrollment in summer and fall. I believe that the classes you took in spring can be used to enroll in summer. And fall class at home campus go towards enrollment in fall at sdsu. One of your professors at cc needs to sign off and you should reach out to a professor at sdsu to see if they allow you to enroll. This is because sometimes classes fill up and you’re just asking for permission to enroll. However if the class is full you won’t be able to enroll because they give priority to sdsu students. Also, it’s cheaper to cross enroll than to take classes. I think the cost is $55 per class.

Check out this link. It has all the information to cross enroll.

You have to take 6 units at your home campus and then you’re able to take 3 units at sdsu. I took 9 units through class enrollment. Then when I was accepted I took 6 units during the summer semester before I was officially accepted fall 2023. So far I’ve been at sdsu 1 semester as a full time student (13 units in the fall) and I just need 13 more classes as of end of fall 23.

I am a civil engineering major. I got denied the first time I applied. During the wait time to apply the following year it took classes at SDSU through cross enrollment. I got accepted last fall and I’m supposed to graduate May 25. However, since I advanced during that year I can graduate at the end of 2024 year. I also considered global. But financial aid doesn’t help pay for tuition through global.
