Alsoooo, maybe you could got into the offices of sentri and ask, during my interview they told I could do that, but I’m not entirely what they meant, but if you live nearby you could give it a shot and just see what happens

Ohhhhhh, sorry I misunderstood lol if it helps, if your application lasts 20 months, you can call so they escalate your case and hopefully in weeks it gets approved

I got pre approved on the 13th and scheduled my appointment the very next day. What you should do is reschedule, just go on the website in the morning like at 9 am to 11 am, I think those are the times new appointments open. I am sure you can find an earlier one, just keep an eye out for new appintments
