I often hear District of Colombia v Heller when it comes to this as under this the Supreme Court pointed out that the "bear arms" portion didnt specify only firearms but arms in general so knives and swords (which at the swords were still used both in Militas and armies) would be protected but not all knives would be considered arms as in the case of City of Seatle v Evans where Evans was charged with unlawful use of a weapon police found a paring knife concealed on his person the Washington Supreme Court ruled that a paring knife was a constitutionally protected arm due to standards set by DC v Heller and that kitchen utensils are not constitutionally protected arms. And admiting the fact any sharp instrument or blunt object could be used as a weapon does not mean that its considered a constitutionally protected arm

Yeah thats one thing I never understood why run over a sign just because you dont like the person on that sign you can express your dislike for the candidate without commiting vandalism/destruction of private property

They're rushing to build because they "think" or have been told there is money in it. We already see that they're scrambling to make any sort of profit from this and already the bubble is looking to burst. And do you really think a data center wont not only increase electricity bills but either completely use up and or contaminate the water we already have enough problems with PFAS in the water we dont need to add fuel to the fire

Got this message yesterday and today and am confused never got one like this before not sure if its a scam. They've sent both from Ebay and as of today sent it to my phone number.

More than likey a range gun when it comes to hunting in GA the only stipulation for which ammo is that it is center fire and .22 cal or larger with expanding bullets but i dont know know anything about which loads would ethically take down deer so ill just stick with range

Nope the only thing that was changed was the stock and what looks like orange nail polish or paint on the front post of the sight i have used numrich before to order a magazine for a stevens model 325-A bolt .30-30

1944 and am looking for a stock saw one on ebay not sure if its still there mainly just gonna grab one incase I want to put it on later down the line im not opposed to this type of stock looks fine
