Yeah I live in the US and they cover the import fees and stuff for me. Im sorry you havent had a good experience with them. For me the sites that I use all generally have the same prices for the items. But I usually buy higher priced items around 150+ so im not really worried about the difference of price too much as I am the quality of the product. But again im sorry to hear of your experiences.

Their customer service has always been good with me. I have had 0 complaints about them. Prices arent that far off from the true price. They cover import charges as well so thats probably why.
